LA-based The Janks comprises band members Zack Zmed, Garth Herberg, Wade Ryff, Dylan Zmed, and Lookas Ventura, a bright young sound that recalls everything from Nik Kershaw, Suede and more recently new-retro epic sound of bands like The Killers and even traces of Kings of Leon. Their eponymous EP, released June 1st, 2009 is currently available exclusively at iTunes and it was produced in various studios around Los Angeles by The Janks and Paul Inder (the son of Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead).

We’re changing the world one song at a time, atop dark horses while slaying demons, and were doing it all in the name of love and chivalry.
MZ: Until when?
Until the end…or until we drink Billy Ray Cyrus’ blood, which ever comes first.
